GROUNDING

Being on direct contact with the earth, the soil, the ground, its one of the most simple and efficient way to feel connected to myself and all, a sense of belonging. Intimate touch with the earth, we absorb each others informations, gain life energy and release stress and disconnection.
In my experience even healing can take place, If we just remember to take off those shoes:)
